Prints to be collected at the gallery require a 50% deposit to commence the order and the balance is payable before or on collection.(EFT payments need to clear before prints are released.)
Prints for delivery need to be paid for in full when placing the order.
Online orders need to paid for in full on checkout.
We accept all major credit cards through Mastercard, Visa and Masterpass(Supports Visa Electron & Maestro) as well as EFT. Please note the EFT payments need to clear before prints are released.
Our online gallery transacts through the secure payment gateway PAYGATE and Visa and Mastercard are accepted. 3D Secure is enabled for your additional protection.
Shipping, Insurance and Returns Policy.
We are committed to get your print to you using trusted couriers. Your prints will be professionally packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube and insured against damage or loss in transit. It may take up to three days to get the print made by a our professional print maker and signed by the artist. Shipment will fulfilled between five and ten working days thereafter, dependant on your location. Delivery will be door to door.
In the unlikely event of the print not arriving or if it is damaged we will ship a replacement asap, at no additional charge. Should the print be damaged we require you to take photographs of both the print and the packaging and retain both until your replacement print is received.
We produce prints to the highest quality and are service driven but should you not be satisfied with your print order, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
Within 48 hours of signing for the delivery you notify us with a written, detailed explanation as to why you wish to return the print.
The print should be returned to us in perfect condition. In cases where the shipping costs exceed the value of the print we will require photographic evidence that the print has been destroyed before a refund is settled. Please do not proceed with this step until written clearance has been received from us.
Once the print has been received back by us in a perfect condition, we will refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. It may take up to 10 days for a refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
If the print is in any way damaged or the return is initiated after the 48 hours period you will not be eligible for a refund.
We do offer an excellent framing service through our gallery framer partnership and this is dealt with on an individual order basis. Please liaise with us in this regard.
