Fine Art Photography Print - Late Arrival
Flying over the little fishing village of Arniston along the shoreline back up towards Cape Infanta in a gyrocopter, we passed over the beacons that demarcate the start of the De Hoop Nature Reserve. I saw the composition with the breaking wave and the line of poles. Is was only later whilst working on the image that I saw the late comer Cape Cormorant (Phalacrocorax capensis) heading for the last available spot.
